Shipping Options & Charges
HairRules.com accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (includes APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories). We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience. HairRules.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses - Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Orders for these addresses can not be placed online and must be handled through our customer service department at 1-866-797-8537.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories - HairRules.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Most items maybe shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply.

Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) - are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. If you need expedited shipping of your order, we can assist you through our customer service department 1-866-797-8537.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
*Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

*Some items sold by HairRules.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At HairRules.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order. Payment Methods
Hair Rules accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

We're sorry, we do not accept the following methods of payment:

CODs, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside the United States, gift certificates or layaway.

Please Note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Billing
You will not be charged for your purchase until your order is shipped. For assistance with billing questions, please contact HairRules.com Customer Service at 1-866-797-8537or via email.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - NJ & NY. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to Email Us.

International Shoppers
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Security Online
At Hair Rules, we appreciate how important security is to you. We implement various security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your personal information, both on line and off line. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with 2nd Day shipping, placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

HairRules.com accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations only. We're sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Shipment Status
A key benefit of setting up an account with us is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Shipment Status page. This is the easiest and quickest way to get current information regarding your HairRules.com order. If you do not have an account setup with us, and have questions you may email our customer service department or contact us at 1-866-797-8537.

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Please Note: Some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

1. Item(s) not available.
2. Difficulty in processing payment information.
3. Cannot ship to address provided.
4. Duplicate order was placed.
5. Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact HairRules.com Customer Service at 1-866-797-8537or via email.

Item Availability

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, the item will not be processed with the rest of your order. You can be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the out of stock item. We apologize for any trouble, but we can not accept orders of backordered items. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If you have any questions about the expected ship date for the item, please contact us at 1-866-797-8537and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your HairRules.com purchase, please contact us at 1-866-797-8537 and we will be happy to assist you. Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange.

We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged Items
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-866-797-8537. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
